Real Stories.
Deep Healing.
One Sunday at a Time.
WENDY
Sundays with Wendy is a podcast and video series that explores what healing truly looks like — and what it asks of us. Hosted by Wendy Goldberg, founder of The Benjamin Goldberg Foundation, each episode invites you into honest, heart-opening conversations with changemakers, healers, caregivers, creatives, doctors, patients, and spiritual teachers.
Together, they explore the experiences that shape who we are — and who we’re becoming. From grief to grace, ritual to resilience, nothing is off-limits.
Because healing is a conversation — and you’re invited in.

S12 EP10
In this thoughtful and inspiring episode of Sundays with Wendy, I sit down with public health innovator Katy Terveer to explore how purpose and connection aren’t just nice-to-haves—they're central to our well-being at every stage of life.
We talk about: What caregiving, grief, and identity teach us about purpose, the surprising connection between healing and social engagement, how young and old alike can benefit from intergenerational wisdom, why retirement isn't an ending—but a chance to begin again.
Whether you're entering a new life chapter, seeking meaning, or simply feeling the pull to reconnect—this conversation offers heart, insight, and hope.

S12 EP9
That question—What if we never really lose the people we love?—has guided me through some of my darkest days. And it’s the heart of this week’s episode.
I'm joined by intuitive consultant Mary Roach, who has helped me stay connected to Ben for nearly a decade. Together, we talk about soul contracts, divine timing, and how healing often begins with a shift in perspective. We explore the idea that pain and purpose often walk hand in hand—and that staying connected is part of how we heal. If you’re grieving, curious, or just seeking a moment of reflection, I hope this conversation meets you where you are.

S12 EP8
From producing Revenge of the Nerds to building shelters for unhoused individuals — Peter Samuelson has always been driven by purpose.
In our latest episode of Sundays with Wendy, Peter joins me to talk about Finding Happy, his new book (out June 10!) that’s part memoir, part mentorship, and 100% heart.
We explore: What foster youth really need to thrive, why storytelling is a tool for social change, how a film producer ended up launching 7 nonprofits, and what it actually takes to “find happy” in today’s world.
